Vinyl to MP3 was developed by Bertil Bengtsson. It's free software and therefore it's not possible to provide any support and you use the software at your own risk.

You may do whatever you want with the software except selling it. The software should be free. So you cannot put the software on a disc with other applications and sell the disc. That's more or less the same thing as charging for the software, you're selling the disc which contains the software and I don't allow that.

You may include the software on your download site, provided that everyone may download it for free.

You may not put the software on a disc which is distributed free with a magazine that costs money, because then people have to pay for the magazine to get access to the software.
